Where We Deliver
We deliver across all of Egypt.
Delivery Partners
Orders are fulfilled through Bosta and Mylerz, two of Egypt’s most reliable courier services. Your order may be dispatched via either depending on your location and availability at the time of shipping
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for processing and preparation before your item is handed to the courier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframe
After dispatch, standard delivery takes 2–4 business days nationwide. You will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.

Our Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• Unused and in its original condition
• Returned in its original packaging
• Return request submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or are returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us via Instagram DM at @kairosmaison within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.
